We have been trying to get the loss report for over one week. Impossible to talk with a person. It seems that it is an empty company with no workers. We have reported to state of Nevada department of insurance.

Insured vehicle blew a motor so I no longer needed insurance. Company was notified of what had happened, but still tried to withdraw monies from bank account. They continued to try until they got their money while sending my account into overdraft status. Will pursue legal path to correct this.
